Leon graduated with a master's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is passionate about human factors and technology. He has over ten years of research and technical writing experience. His writing experience includes a publication in the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Conference Proceedings, development of corporate occupational health and safety code of practice, assisting faculty in a book project and writing for corporate clients.
